Surface Requirements — Please Read
You must tell us what surface the tent will be set up on (grass, dirt, gravel, or concrete/asphalt) at the time of booking. This isn't optional, it changes how we anchor the tent.
- Grass/dirt/soil: Standard stakes included, no extra fee
- Concrete/asphalt/hard surfaces: Stakes can't be used. Base plates secure the legs but do not replace proper anchoring, so the tent must be weighted down with water barrels or block weights. A concrete/hard-surface weighting fee applies and covers the extra equipment and labor. Tents set up on hard surfaces without proper weighting are a safety hazard, so this fee is mandatory, no exceptions.
Weather & Care
This tent is not rated for use in freezing conditions. Material performance changes below 40°F, and using it in that range risks wind whip and cracking, which is not covered under warranty. If temps are borderline for your event date, talk to us before booking.
Sidewalls are sold separately (solid or window style, 7ft finished height) if you want to close the space in.
