Our 20x20 commercial frame tent covers 400 square feet, a solid option for weddings, graduation parties, and mid-sized outdoor events across Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, Waxhaw, Ballantyne, and Charlotte. Comfortably seats up to 66 guests ceremony-style or hosts a 50 person cocktail reception, making it a strong fit for backyard weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate mixers, and any event where you want the space to look polished.
The 20x20 features a rigid aluminum frame with no center pole, so the full footprint stays usable, plus a durable white vinyl top, professionally delivered, installed, and broken down by The Happy Backyard team. No ladders, no guesswork, just show up. Pair it with our tables, chairs, and lighting to round out the space, or book it alongside a 10x20 or another 20x20 if you need more coverage than one alone provides.
Because these tents require real assembly, structural staking, and a trained crew to put up safely, they're not part of our self-pickup lineup. Every booking requires our delivery and professional setup, which are priced separately from the tent rental. We bring the crew, we handle the install, you handle the party.

Tents are meant to be staked into grass for proper anchoring. They can be used on concrete, but staking isn't possible there, so sandbags are required to secure the tent, available for an additional cost.

6ft Foldable Banquet Table The 6ft folding banquet table is a workhorse -- reliable, sturdy, and ready for whatever your event throws at it. It seats 6-8 guests comfortably and gives you plenty of surface for buffet spreads, registration stations, craft tables, displays, or general party overflow.
Fair warning: these tables get used a lot. They are clean and fully functional, but they are rental tables -- expect some scuffs and signs of a life well-lived. If you are setting up a seated dinner or anything where the table surface will be visible, we strongly recommend adding one of our white tablecloths. They are available as a separate add-on at checkout and make the whole setup look sharp.

Compact enough to tuck into tight spaces, versatile enough to work with just about any setup.
Our cocktail tables come in 28in or 32in diameter, both at standard cocktail height, and are available in black and white. We will do our best to match your preference, though availability varies by date -- just reach out after booking if you have a specific color in mind and we will see what we can do.
